The first time I submitted mission papers, I was turned down because of a few health issues I had towards the end of my senior year in high school. After months of waiting and working with my doctor and priesthood leaders, I finally received my call on August 1, 2013!

I opened it the following night in Nephi, Utah, surrounded by my parents, sisters, grandparents, aunties, uncles, and cousins.
I have been called to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have been assigned to labor in the Virginia Richmond Mission, speaking English. I will serve for 18 months: September 2013 - March 2015. I couldn't be happier :)
